These concerns are in addition to those identified in the
Apparent Completeness Review you recently received. You may address these
concerns at the same time the revision you wish to make is submitted, or
you may address them separately. [dhile answers to some items of concen~
may be stipulated, others must be adequately addressed prior to permit
issuance, especially bonding.
It is our intention to provide a permit to Wyoming Fuel Company on or about
the date that the right of access to Federal Coal Lease C-30168 is acquired.
The speed and adequacy of your reply to these concerns and your revised mine
plan will determine how long the review process mill take.
At this time, all of Wyoming Fuel Company's responses of July 28, 1981 have
been reviewed, with the exception of Alluvial Valley Floors and the Fish and
Wildlife Mitigation Plan. The review of this material should be complete by
mid-September.
Please feel free to contact this office whenever you wish.
/.. ~ _
,~
t Spe st
Sinncerely ,
Richard Do 'nguc
Reclama i n ciali
RD/mt
En closure
