Section B - Findings No. III K (p. 20) - In paragraph three <br />under the Probable Effects on Surface Water Quality, the first <br />sentence should be clarified to indicate that most of the <br />runoff from the rail loop is not treated. <br />- In paragraph three under the Probable Effects on Surface <br />Water Quantity, the reference to the area to be "mined" should <br />be changed to the area to be "affected." <br />- The word "and" should be changed to "an" in the second <br />sentence of the last paragraph. <br />21. Section B - Findings No. III K (o. 22) - The sentence "This <br />low conductivity results in ..." in paragraph one under the <br />subsection Bedrock Ground Water is incorrect. Tab 7, page 4 <br />of the application presents data that clearly demonstrates <br />that the well water is unsuitable for use as stock water. <br />22. Section B - Findings No. IV (o. 22) - Reference to County Road <br />53 should be removed from the second-to-the-last paragraph. <br />23. Section B - Findings No. X (n. 251 - In the third complete <br />paragraph (seventh sentence), "four" grasses (not "few") will <br />contribute more than one percent relative cover. <br />- In the last paragraph (Item 3), woody plant density <br />should be deleted in the sentence listing standards. The <br />parameter is not being used to determine revegetation success. <br />24. Section B - Findings No. X (n. 26) - Item 4 (top of page). <br />See comment No. 23. <br />- Item 7 needs to rewritten to clarify that no shrub <br />density standard is required. <br />25. Section B - Findings No. XI (o. 26) - Sentence two in the only <br />paragraph contained in this section has a typographic error. <br />Land uses "are," rather than "is" designated as... <br />
