If this is a facility for the Coal Ridge Mine, this structure must be shown on the operation plan maps. The reclamation cost estimate must include removal of this structure, and its function must be included in the operation plan. Roads - Rules 2.05.3(3) and 4.03 1) The applicant must revise the permit application to contain the commitment to certification of the access road by a registered professional engineer, following construction, that is given in the letter dated October 25, 1984.
