This will <br />be clarified with Adequacy Issues 4 and 8. <br />4. Revised soil and vegetation map, and toxic material in pond <br />excavation: Anew map and clarification of sampling location and <br />technique has yet to be completed. The "toxic" B and C horizons <br />discussion has yet to be completed. <br />5. Topsoil volume discrepancy: Yet to be completed. <br />6. Revised seed mix: A revised Table 2.05.4(2)(b)-2 is being sub_ <br />mitted. <br />7. Refuse disturbance during the term of the permit: Yet to be <br />completed. <br />8.
