CWI will cease'„all <br />mining operations at the Orchard Valley Mine when it has fined <br />1,966,667 tons of "D" Seam coal unless ttie present lease is <br />modified or a new lease is issued. <br />(b) Air <br />(i) The Lessee shall utilize and operate all faci aties <br />and devices in accordance with all applicable air quality <br />standards and related plans of implementation adopted pur want <br />to the Clean Air Act.
