Mike Long
Page 4
2. We also discussed the need for additional
information which describes the manner in
which the proposed post-mining topography
will be attained. We agreed to provide the
information necessary to describe the
overburden balance as relates to the configuration
of the post-mining topography.
3. We discussed the need for the division to
be provided with a copy of the actual drill
log for drill hole CRC11-80. You informed
us that selection of this particular drill
log was random. After further discussion
we agreed that submittal of such would not
be required.
4. This concern addressed itself to the manner
in which the overburden swell factor was
computed. Mr. Smaldone indicated that we
can provide this information.
5. The concern for additional overburden sampling
was discussed at a previous meeting. We
agreed that additional sampling is not required.
A letter confirming our previous discussion
was forwarded to the Division on May 21,
1981.
6. Specific analysis of the pyrite content,
marcasite content, percent of organic sulfur
and sulfite sulfur of the coal was requested
in your Spril 27, 1981 letter.
