<br />Dear Gregg:
<br />As per your request, I have recalculated the costs of reclamation in accordance
<br />with bid prices. The basis of the costs is shown in the explanation below. The
<br />first column of figures are those originally submitted by Sundance Coal and
<br />accepted by MLRD at the time the permit was issued. The second column comes from
<br />the memo of September 20, 1985 from Jeff Deckler to Brian Munson in which figures
<br />were revised by MLRD in accordance with a Butt Bros. bid. The third column was
<br />a recalculation by Sundance Coal taking into account recent bid prices and, in
<br />the case of "backfilling and grading", the volumes of material submitted and
<br />accepted by MLRD.
