On February 2, 1981 an assessment worksheet was sent out <br />by the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement. <br />An assessment conference was held March 20, 1981. The civil <br />penalty assessment was revised on March 27, 1981 from $2,500 <br />to $2,100. <br />d. Terminated on February 26, 1981 by payment of the $2,100 <br />assessment <br />e.
