It is not clear what <br />~- discrepancy needs to be modified. Page 2.05-35 was modified to describe the placement of <br />_ l topsoil throughout the surface mine. <br />~W LCC would like to use the Division's estimate for reclamation and tie bonding values to different <br />phases of the mine plan.
