The applicant must verify that 0.3 feet of free board is maintained on all <br />ditches. <br />7. The applicant has requested a small area exemption for topsoil stockpiles <br />B and C. In order for the Division to make a finding on the applicability <br />of a small area exemption, the applicant must give a complete description of <br />the alternate type of sediment control, i.e. revegetated, bermed, etc. <br />8. The applicant must clarify whether any water impoundments are to be built <br />for storage of water from Sdalker ditch and/or clarify what the Walker ditch <br />water will be used for. <br />
