<br />Mr. Peter O'Connor -4- July 14, 1986 <br />4.02 Signs and Markers <br />Blue Flame Coal Mine specifies that three signs will mark the perimeter of the <br />topsoil stockpile. 6" x 10" signs constructed of durable wood with "topsoil <br />stockpile" painted on them and mounted on typical metal fenceposts will be main- <br />tained in a highly visible manner. <br />4.03 Roads <br />The reclamation map has been modified to reflect the removal by reclamation of <br />the access roads to correlate with the discussion of road reclamation. <br />4.06 Topsoil <br />Blue Flame Coal Mine specifies the seed mixture to be used to revegetate the top- <br />soil stockpile to comply with Rule 4.06.3(2)(a)(i) is the same said mixture spec- <br />ified in the reclamation plan for Blue Flame Coal Mine.
