We would like to take this opportunity to <br />document these issues. Please provide responses to these concerns by June 24, <br />1993. <br />~1~J`~Oakridge Energy Inc. is currently listed on the U.S. Office of Surface <br />Mining's Applicant/Violator System. A recent check of that system by our <br />office indicates that some outstanding issues with OSM remain <br />~~ ~ unresolved. As the AVS system has recommended that any permitting <br />actions approved by the Division be deemed a "conditional issue", the <br />(1 Division will be placing a stipulation to this permit that Oakridge <br />Energy, Inc. resolve its AVS issues with OSM within 90 days following <br />permit issuance. <br />PP <br />4. However, <br />permit/disturbed area acreage is an important general information topic. <br />2.01.6 -Permit Fees: It is not clear whether the $2500 paid by Oakridge, <br />as described on page 1-l, is for the current application (C-92-080) or <br />the old Pueblo Coal application (C-82-054>.
