Discharges. <br />Both ponds need certified as-builts to include a cross <br />section of the embankment, elevations of the primary and <br />emergency spillways, area capacity curves, and a topo map <br />of the ponds. <br />Pond 1 does not have an emergency spillway for the 25 year <br />event in accordance with Rule 4.05.6(3)(d) and will have <br />to be modified. Sediment storage levels markers need to <br />be designed and installed in both ponds to indicate the <br />level of sediment in the ponds at any given time. <br />The sediment control plan map needs to include and <br />delineate the entire drainage basin that drains into the <br />ponds. <br />Topsoil pile numbers on the maps do not follow the topsoil <br />pile numbers in the tables. <br />Page-12(4) indicates straw bales to be placed for the west <br />slope of the fill. To what purpose are these bales <br />intended for? <br />Page 5-13(4f) why is the drainage area smaller than <br />originally planned? <br />
