The insurance must be for at least 5300,000 for each occurrence <br />for bodily injury and also $300,000 for each occurrence for <br />property damage. The landuse map submitted must be revised. Regarding the old mine workings in the area, the applicant <br />needs to clarify whether the Zenith p2 Mine is the same as <br />the Canon Zenith Mine and are the Liberty ~2 and N3 mines the <br />same as the Canon Liberty. 2.04.3(3) (see table 1, p. 78) <br />In this table the applicant should also include information <br />regarding the following mines: Canon National, Corley, Canyon <br />Chief, Black Diamond, Double Dick, Canon Tiger, Canon Monarch <br />and the Pine Gulch mines. This information will facilitate <br />the review of the cumulative hydrologic consequences. <br />2.04.5 General Description of Hydrology and Geology <br />1. Any baseline information available on the flow of Newlin Creek <br />and Magpie Creek needs to be included in the general hydrology <br />section. The Division suggests checking the annual reports on <br />the Water Resources of Colorado by the U.S.G.S. and the records <br />of the City of Florence on the water diversion in Newlin Creek. ' <br />The diversion for city water should be located on the hydrology <br />map. <br />2.04.6 Geology Description <br />(2) Underground mining <br />1.
