Culvert spacing for the haul road does not comply with the spacing require- <br />rrents of 4.03.1(4)(e)(vi). This must be addressed. <br />The applicant may request a variance from this requirement if the applicant <br />demonstrates that such specifications will not result in an increase in erosion. <br />The demonstration must consider precipitation rates, percent of grade and soil <br />properties appropriate to the site. <br />9.02.2 - Mine and Permit Identification Signs <br />1. The applicant must place mine identification and warning signs at the haul <br />road where it intersects the county road to inform the public that this is a <br />mining operation road. (9.02.2(1) and (2)). <br />4.03.3 - Light Use Roads <br />The applicant must locate and discuss roads used for access to sediment ponds, <br />monitoring sites, etc. 4'he applicant's discussion should include method of <br />construction, frequency of use, and reclamation of the roads. <br />
