C-039-81 <br />Dear Mr. Reiden: <br />This preliminary adequacy letter conveys concerns which have been identified <br />in the preliminary adequacy review of the above referenced application by our <br />staff. This letter constitutes the 60-day notification of preliminary <br />findings as required in 2.07.9(1) of the Colorado Rules and Regulations. The <br />preliminary nature of the enclosed comments must be stressed at this point. <br />Additional information may be required from The Rockcastle Company as the <br />review continues. <br />The Division's decision to approve, deny, or modify the permit application or <br />to continue the review for another 60 days after the one hundred twenty day <br />review period expires, depends largely upon how rapidly The Rockcastle Company <br />is able to respond to this letter. It is unlikely that the Division will be <br />able to have sufficient time to complete the review b e hundred twentieth <br />(120) day if your responses are received after June 12 1981 Please submit <br />any requested information in a Form whichcanle readily included in the present <br />application.
