Approximately 3.00 cares of land will be affected by the
proposed mining.
5. A U. S. Geological Survey topographic map is included
in the permit application and identified as such in Exhibit A of
the application. Exhibit A also shows the area of land to be
affected and the natural drainage above and below the affected area.
Property owners to be affected are also shown in Exhibit A.
There are no existing structures and developed water sources
within the area to be affected or on adjacent lands.
There are no test boring or core samplings.
The only known working underground mine is the King
Coal Mine located adjacent to the Blue Flame Coal Mine.
6. Copies of Quit Claim Deed -microfilm 11422488 has been
filed with the permit application reflecting the legal right of
the Blue Flame Coal Company, Inc. to commence mining and its right
of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands.
Hopefully, this will complete all permit application requirements.
Should you require any further information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
`~/
Robert Lobato
RL/clb
