Therefore, soils reconstruction will have to be undertaken during the reclamation phase. Stratified sampling at not feo-u,r than four representative sites doimslope of the mine bench should be ini- tiated, immediately. Surface soil samples beloo-c the haul road should be taken from at least 2 representative sites. A control sarnple of undisturbed A & 6 soil horizons should be taken near the mine bench and analyzed. Parameters analyzed should be those o-;e discussed by phone. A sae~ple should also be taken of the soil which is to be imported from the Asher Farm. EXH1UlT J VEGETATION Site specific vegetation information should be provided for all affected areas. Use adjacent undisturbed areas in the inventory. The seed mixtur:~ and shrub tree plantings in the reclamation plan should correlate with this inventory.
