Lamm <br />Governor -. <br />April 18, 1985 <br />Mesa County Board of Commissioners <br />Mesa County Courthouse <br />6th and Road Avenue <br />Grand Junction, Colorado 81501 <br />Dear Sirs: <br />Pursuant to Section 34-33-114 of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation <br />Act, this letter is to inform you of the Mined Land Reclamation Division's <br />proposed decision to approve a permit revision for an underground coal <br />mining operation to construct two new coal processing waste disposal areas. _ <br />The operation in question is the Cameo and Roadside-Mine located approxi- <br />- mately five miles north of Palisade, Colorado along Interstate 70. The <br />affected lands are in parts of Sections 27 and 28, T10S, R98W, 6th p.m. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the proposed decision. A public notice announcing <br />this proposed decision is being published in the Daily Sentinel.
