This <br />plan may be fine but, the applicant should be aware that Rule 2.05.s(2)(bj <br />requires appropriate maps to be prepared in sufficient detail to describe <br />all proposed surface disturbances to be associated :+itn the ueoergrou^•d <br />mining activities within the permit area. Furthenrore, under the <br />perfor~~rance standards for light-use roads (Rule 4.03.3(3)(ej), it is <br />stated that topsoil shall be removed and stdckpilerJ where required oy the <br />Division. Therefore, all light-use roads proposed shall be the subject of <br />a revision. Those currently in use must be shovrn do an appropriate reap in <br />the permit. Any such roads to be constructed after the approval o` this <br />permit will 'oe subject to a revision and t'ne Division shall be notified so <br />the applicant can be infonaed as to the need for topsoil rea~oval. <br />?riot to any surface disturuance uy heavy equipment during maintenance or <br />construction activities, such as those discussed do page IV-ei0 of the <br />application, the applicant shall notify the Division so the Division can <br />deter7uine the need for topsoil removal. Such activities may have serious <br />impacts upon soil structure and potential re vegetation success. <br />X.
