I do most sincerely apologize for the oversight in <br />allowing this permit to elapse. Unfiortunately, Rimrock was <br />delayed in the start of operations due to the death ofi my <br />husband and some complications in the markering ofi our coal. We <br />are now back on track with our original program and I trust that <br />we will shortly be in operation. <br />I do most sincerely thank you <br />and assistance.
