The application states that seed mixtures may be modified as <br />reclamation progresses to achieve desired results. The applicant should <br />be aware that, if a chanye in the approved seed mixture is needed, a <br />revision must be submitted to the Division for approval. <br />6. The applicant states that mulch will be either straw or paper, but <br />no rates are given. Paper mulch is not recommended for use by the <br />Division. Therefore, the applicant should state at what rate straw mulch <br />will be applied. <br />Rule "2.04.9 -Soils <br />1. The applicant must submit a map of the soil types within the permit <br />area at a scale of 1:6000 or larger to comply with Rule 2.10. This map <br />would be appropriate at the scale of the I°line Site Plan, 1"=5U'. This <br />map should also show the location of all soil stockpiles. <br />2. The applicant must provide a description of the soil amendments <br />(lime, fertilizer, organic material, etc.) which may be used at the time <br />of reclamation. The Division suggests that the Soil Conservation Service <br />be contacted to provide written recommendations for the soil amendments <br />based on the analysis of the overburden material as provided in the <br />application. <br />Rule 2.D5.6 - Air Resources <br />The applicant has included a copy of their application for the State Air <br />Pollutant Emission permit (fugitive dust), but has not shown that the <br />application has been accepted by the State. <br /> <br />When the permit is received, it must be submitted to the Division. <br />
