After reviewing the subject permit application at the Clerk and Recorders Office in the Fremont County Courthouse, we became aware that a large portion of our 35-acre lot located im the Chandler Heights subdivision in the town of Williamsburg is within the mime permit's boundaries. Using the 2.04.3 Land Use map in the permit application a measurement revealed that our new home is only about 3,7001inear feet from the proposed mine access and haul road leading to County Road 79. Therefore, we have major corx:ems about traffic congestion and safety, noise, property values and water rights. Additionally, there appears to be an error in the public notice. The notice states that the "mine access and haul mad leading to the facilities area will intersect theright-of-way of County Road 79 a distance of 0.52 miles east of the junction of County Road 79 and County Road 11A." However, the 2.04.3 Land Use map clearly shows the mine access and haul road will intersect County Road 79 to the west of the junction of County Road 79 and County Road 11A approximately 0.52 miles.
