Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please find attached two letters requesting a formal public hearing in the locality of the mine <br />regazding the Northfield Mine application. <br />The name of the party (Popkess-Vawter) that submitted the letter concerning 1075 County Road 79 <br />does not match the information submitted on Land Use Map 1 of the permit application materials. <br />Please check that the owner of this pazcel of land is accurately identified and correct if necessary. <br />Also, the Zak letter states that the public notice inaccurately identifies the location of where the <br />mine haul road and access road is located.
