The issues presented above are <br />examples of data-gaps in the application. The following is a discussion <br />of an additional issue which will need to be dealt with during the <br />adequacy review period. <br />The applicant did not access how the proposed mine might impact the <br />Fish Creek hydrologic system. My review leads me to believe that theze <br />is a reasonable potential for such an impact. Both water quality and, <br />quantity could be affected. A prudent assessment would involve field <br />investigations, laboratory analysis, and the use of sophisticated modeling <br />techniques.
