This <br />soil type is indicative of potential prime farmlands. Also, this area must <br />be considered in alluvial valley floor assessment since most Colorado <br />prime farmlands are probable alluvial valley floors. <br />Maps and Plans <br />A map and plan needs to be submitted that clearly shows distinctions among <br />those portions of tl~e permit area in which mining operations occurred: prior <br />to August 3, 1977; after August 3, 1977 and prior to May 3, 1978; after <br />May 3, 1978 and prior to August 30, 1980, and after the estimated date of <br />issuance of a permit by the Division. <br />Indicate on a map the location and extent of any known workings of inactive <br />or abandoned underyround mines that are within the proposedt permit are 3. <br />This may include portions of the Farmer's Ffine and the three unnamed mines. <br />
