A 70% rate is a <br />commonly employed factor and based upon the recognition that <br />the published rates are applicable for very short term usage. <br />Using the higher of the calculated numbers, we have 300,000 <br />C.Y. x $.64 = $192,000.CO. <br />4. The amount of potential disturbance at Pit 4 equaling 35 acres <br />and revegetation costs of $618.00 have been agreed to by <br />Rockcastle and CMLRD, or a total cost of revegetating Pit 4 <br />equal to $21,630.00 <br />5.
