This site will be reclaimed as part of Phase "A" reclamation, or
at the end of mining (estimated to be in the year 2012) as part
of final reclamation.
Post mining land use here will be wildlife habitat in areas lof
existing sagebrush and cropland in areas of existing cropland.
This commitment on the part of Storm King Mines should eliminate
the need for Stipulation #1.

MLR Comment:
"The applicant has submitted information showing that no cultural
or historic resources exist within the permit area on page 3-12
of Volume I.
The applicant has not submitted copies of one of the cultural
resource surveys which was conducted at the site. Therefore the
following stipulation is required:
