Therefore, <br />the following stipulation is required: <br />Stipulation No. 10 <br />DURING RECLAMATION OF MONITORING WELL DRILL HOLES THE TOP 3 <br />FEET OF THE HOLE MUST BE BACKFILLED WITH DRILL CUTTINGS, SOIL <br />MATERIALS, OR OTHER SOFT, FRIABLE MATERIAL AS AVAILABLE SO AS <br />NOT TO PRECLUDE CULTIVATION OF THE AREA WHERE DRILL HOLES <br />EXIST, <br />With the acceptance of the above stipulation, the proposed <br />operation is in compliance with the requirements of this <br />section." <br />SKM Response: <br />Storm Ring Mines will backfill the top 3 feet of all monitoring <br />well holes with soil materials during reclamation. This <br />commitment should negate the need for Stipulation No. 10. <br />
