<br />resolved before the Division can approve this portion of the <br />proposed operation. <br />Requirement No. 4 <br />THE APPLICANT MUST RECEIVE DIVISION APPROVAL IN WRITING OF A <br />REVISION TO THE APPROVED PERMIT APPLICATION OF; <br />1) A DETAILED PLAN SHOWING HOW THE TOPSOIL STOCKPILES WILL <br />BE PROTECTED FROM EROSION BY RUNOFF FROM THE AREA ABOVE THE <br />STOCKPILES. <br />2) A PLAN MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF RULE 4.93 FOR ROADS TO <br />THESE AREA. <br />3) A REVISED TOPSOIL SALVAGE PLAN WHICH INCLUDES SALVAGE OF <br />TOPSOIL IN THE PROPOSED BORROW MATERIAL STOCKPILE AREA. <br />4) A REVISED TOPSOIL SALVAGE AND REPLACEMENT PLAN WHICH <br />INCLUDES THE SEPARATE STOCRPILING OF A PLUS B FROM C HORIZON <br />MATERIAL, AND THE REPLACEMENT OF C HORIZON MATERIAL PRIOR TO <br />REPLACEMENT OF A AND B HORIZON MATERIAL. <br />Upon completion of backfilling and grading operations, <br />topsoil will be redistributed.
