Lots 20 and 21 of said section. Evidence of Sunflower liucrgy Corporation's qualifications is [filed in C-23595, and the terms and condiCions of the sublease contract are satisfactory and will not be detrimental to the best interest of the United States. Therefore, the above-captioned sublease agreement; which is limited to the upper "E" coal seam and other seams, if existent, above that par- ticular coal horizon; is approved effective December 1, 1976. The consent of surety dated July 26, 1976 whereby the Federal Insurance Company agrees to remain bound as Cu thr intcrcnt in Chc subleascrl ]ands retained by United Status Stuel Corporation under $i, 000 BonJ IJo. 8000- 64-77 dated April 28, 1960 is herewith returned to the sublessor.
