Wyoming Fuel <br />Company is commiting to this evaluation because at <br />present the CMLR staff has not completed its findings <br />on what they feel an appropriate methodology will be. <br />Wyoming Fuel Company further wishes to address comments concerning <br />adequacy of our application made by Dlr. Roy L. Cox to Mr. Richard <br />Domingue in a letter dated July 2, 1981. <br />-]9- <br />
