D.M.G.'s liability estimate for the initial <br />seven hole proposal is utilized in calculating the total project <br />' reclamation liability. <br />Drill Hole Abandonment <br />Assumptions: <br />' 11 holes at an average depth of 1,565 feet per hole, <br />with an additional 9 holes twinned. <br />Hole diameter 6.25". <br />' Cement Requirements based on entire hole fully grouted. <br /> Hourly Coat <br />1 <br /> Drill Rig, with water truck, flat bed, pickup truck. <br /> Hourly rate of $200. <br />' estimated maxim um of 8 hours per hole. <br /> 11 holes + 4 twins * 51,600/hole <br />' Total Hourly $24,000 <br /> Material Cost <br />' <br /> Based on cement in entire drill hole <br /> (most expensive alternative). <br />' Cement slurry m ixture, 1.59 gal./linear ft. <br /> (6.25" diameter drill hole). <br /> 15 sacks cement to create 500 gallons of <br /> slurry, enough for 3 19 linear feet of drill hole. <br />' Total footage for project estimated at 23,500 feet, <br />(includes 9 twin holes). will require a maximum of 1123 <br />sacks of cement. <br />Cement cost 58.50 per sack * 1123 sacks <br />Total Material Cost $9,546 <br /> <br />i~ <br />
