1 <br />t 2) Surface ownership for sites: A, B, C, D and E are <br />recorded at the Routt County Courthouse. ownership <br />records are located on page 1030, of Book 712, entitled <br />"Special Warranty Deed". <br />3) Mineral ownership for sites: A, B, C, D and E are <br />outlined on the accompanying "ownership Report" for <br />"Tract #3". Mineral ownership for sites F and G are <br />outlined on the accompanying "ownership Report" for <br />' "Tract g20". <br />4) Sediment control for the topsoil stockpile will include <br />the placement of a totally enclosing berm approximately <br />one foot in height, surrounding the topsoil stockpile. <br />5) Sediment control measures to control runoff from the <br />' drill pads will consist of a similar sediment berm as <br />described for the topsoil stockpile, placed around the <br />downslope portion of the pad.
