We appreciate the Division's consideration of
' stipulating this requirement, if necessary.
b) Attached are letters from the Colorado Division of
Wildlife (2/19/96), and the United States Fish and
' Wildlife Service (2/8/96), which provide the necessary
Threatened and Endangered Species clearances as
required by Rule 2.02.2(2)(h).
' c) Attached is the response from the Office of Archaeology
and Historic Preservation. They have recommended that
"in the event there is Federal involvement
a
,
professional survey be conducted to identify any
Cultural resources in the project area". In the event
of that Cottonwood Land Company files for a Federal
' Coal Exploration License, this recommendation will be
followed.
' 2) Adequacy Review
1) Page 2 of the application is intended~to read "T5N".
' This correction is noted and hereby recorded.
