COIORA D'J r, t~ •:t
1303162~~cn5t
June 19, 1989
Reference our phone conversation of June 13: It is my understanding
that the Mined Land Reclamation Division has concerns regarding the final
status of the access road to the Wilson/Loudy Loadout.
The access road which runs from State Highway #13 to the loadout is
one of only two access points across the railroad to agricultural lands owned
by Axial Basin Ranch Company. As the surface owner, we definitely want to
continue to use the road. The road will have a long term use, therefore,
proper drainage control should be in place. •~
If you need any additional information, please give me a call.
Sincerely,
ADT/yml
cc: C.W.
