Dept, of Natural Resources
Our reclamation plan for the 4Jilson-Loudy Loadout
refers to the access road and how to handle the
drainage associated with it. However, no land-
owner request to keep the road as part of the post-
mining land use was submitted with the plan.
Since the access road was in place before the
Loadout was constructed, and since the land owner
wishes to retain the road for its post mining land
use, Northern Coal is requesting permission to
leave the access road in place. The land owner,
Axial Basin Ranch Company, has submitted a letter
to this effect, and a copy is enclosed for your
information.
Sincerely,
Hank Coufos,
Mine Superintendent
HJC/mah
Enclosure
cc: A.
