Most <br />of the initial hydrologic and geologic concerns were covered in a letter to <br />you dated April 6, 1984. The following is a summary of geologic and <br />hydrologic issues to date: <br />The Storm King Mines has adequate information to make findings under the <br />following Rule citations: <br />Rule 4.05.10 - Underground Mine entry and Access Drainage; <br />Rule 4.05.4 -Transfer of Wells; <br />Rule 4.05.18 - Stream Buffer Zones; and <br />Rule 4.07 - Sealing of Drill Holes and Underground Openings. <br />Additional baseline surface and ground water data is needed to complete the <br />year's baseline requirements under the following Rules: <br />Rule 2.04.5 - General Description of Hydrology and Geology; <br />Rules 2.05.7(1) and (2) - Hydrologic Description; and <br />Rule 4.24 - Operations on Alluvial Valley Floors. <br />Additional geologic baseline is needed for the surface facilities to <br />adequately satisfy requirements under: <br />Rule 2.04.6 - Geology Description; and <br />Rule 4.24 - Operations on Alluvial Valley Floors. <br /> <br />423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
