compliance with Section 4.03.3.
No information pertaining to light use road reclanration or retention (Section 4.03.3(1)(d))
was provided in the application.
Permit application page 2.05-62, indicates that 50% of the haul road surface will be
reclaimed, indicating that 50% of the haul road width will remain. Have all the
appropriate demonstrations and land owner concurrence been provided to comply with
