~~ • • <br />NO6;, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TJ]E BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF 'PH F. COUNTY OF t9ESA: <br />That the conditional use permit as granted to Sheridan <br />Enterprises, Inc. by the Resolution of the Board of County <br />Commissioners on October 12, 1977 and modified in play of 1978, is <br />hereby modified with the consent of Sheridan Enterprises, Inc. to <br />include the following conditions: <br />a) On site storage of coil shall n~~t exceed 2,000 tons.. <br />b) Truck traffic shall not exceed 90 trucks per day. <br />c) No operation of the facility shall occur during the <br />hours of 10:00 P.M. and the following 6:00 A.F1. <br />d) Non-regulated truck parking shall not occur within the <br />Loma townsite. <br />e) The company shall avoid having trucks on the roadway <br />near the school during those times the children are going to <br />and from school. <br />f) Dust control shall be provided on the roadways <br />providing ingress and egress, for the work area and for coal <br />stored on site. <br />g) No crushing and screening shall be allowed on site. <br />h) No Sunday operations by the company shall be allowed. <br />i) A site reclamation plan and reclamation time schedule <br />as required by the Mined Land Reclamation Board shall be <br />submitted to the;BOard prior to the expiration of this <br />permit. <br />j) This permit will expire on December 31, 1989. <br />k) This permit shall be reviewed annually to ascertain <br />compliance with the conditions. <br />1) A quarterly monitoring report shall be submitted to the <br />Board ar~d the planning staff which includes the following <br />information: <br />1. Monthly tonnage figures for on site storage. <br />2. Monthly production figures for use and storage or <br />shipment of coal by rail from Mesa County. <br />3.
