<br /> <br />-3- <br />Other <br />1) The applicant should be reminded not to use topsoil from the <br />sediment pond site to construct the embankment for the pond. <br />2) TYie technical revision indicates that runoff from a portion of the <br />disturbed area is routed to an existing mine pit. This is acceptable as <br />a temporary sediment control method.
