Depending on the applicant's response to these <br />concerns, the Division may have additional adequacy concerns. <br />The Division must make a decision to approve, deny or modify <br />the permit revision application by February 17, 1983. The <br />Divlslon`s decision depends largely on how rapidly Colorado <br />Yampa Coal Company (CYCC) [esponda to this letter. please <br />submit the requested information in a form which can be readily <br />included in the present application. <br />i recommend that after you have examined the enclosed comments <br />we schedule a meeting to discuss the issues.
