The reason it will be subwitted is to show how <br />bad a condition exists in the proposed pit area. <br />Under 2.05.3 (i) d (2) a reference to a sediwent pond becowing a <br />stock pond has been deleted. All references in this section to <br />a perwanent diversion of Engleville Gulch have been deleted. <br />Likewise Map No. i2 has been deleted, as well as Exhibits U 8~ <br />LL. Exhibit KK has been changed to show the erasure of the <br />diversion segwsnt. The diversion segwent was wentioned in <br />2.05.3(4) starting on page 16, and the nuwbering past page i6 <br />is wrong. Enclosed is page one of this text, showing revisions, <br />and pages 16 through 41 correctly nuwbsred. <br />Another copy of 2.05.3(5) is enclosed showing MLRD's request for <br />a cowwitsent to 15 inches of topsoil. <br />Under 2.05.4(2)(d) a cowwitwent was wade to a soil analysis of <br />the redistributed topsoil in the text already sent. Another <br />copy is enclosed. <br />Under 2.04.9 the soil naves has been changed as requested. The <br />six page section is resubwitted. <br />Your request to draw in the 20 foot contours on Exhibit BB is <br />inappropriate as the save contours are also wissing on waps Y <br />and AA. These waps were drawn on a base sap enlarged frow <br />sections of two USGS topo saps, Trinidad East and Fisher's <br />
