7. A copy of the San Juan Basin health Unit permit <br />is enclosed. <br />8. The map has been changed to include the Leech field <br />and well location for the testing and measurement <br />of the water table. A four inch hole will be drilled <br />1.0 feet deep. A two inch p.v.c. pipe will be installed <br />with the bottom five feet being perforated and packed <br />on the outside with pee gravel. The upper five Eeet <br />will be bentonited. This pipe will be capped and <br />tested for water quality and depth every April and <br />October. A record of these tests will be kept. A <br />diagram is attached for both we11s,.Leech field and <br />sediment pond. <br />9.
