The following items must be satisfactorily addressed before the Division
can make findings on these topics:
A. Legal, Financial, Compliance Information
1. The listing of violations and their subsequent resolution needs
to be updated.
2. The proof of newspaper publication (original submission of permit)
needs to be provided.
B. Land Use Information
1. Comments on the proposed post mining land use from all surface
owners need to be provided.
C. Hydrology Surface Water
1. All available data for Mann Draw must be included in the application. A
hydrograph would be beneficial.
2. Flow data and/or hydrographs for the Canadian River.
3. Mann Draw water quality information upstream and downstream from
the mine. During periods of no flow alluvial water quality should be
characterized upstream and downstream.
4. Water quality chemistry of the Canadian River above and below
confluence with Mann Draw.
