The disturbed area boundaries are located <br />sufficiently away from the unaffected land to provide protection <br />from slide damage. <br />POLLUTION CONTROL <br />(1-j .) Dust abatement measures will comply with <br />recommendations established by the Air Pollution Control Division <br />of the Colorado Department of Health in the Fugitive Dust Emission <br />Permit. <br />Water erosion will be controlled by seeding, use of <br />impervious dikes and use of less than 25% slopes in any stock pile. <br />RECLAIMED LAND USE <br /> <br />___ _ _ _ _ _ .____ (1-k..). _ Following consultation with the _grazing rights _ <br />owner, the proposed use of the reclaimed area will be range. <br />Wildlife in the area should also benefit from the range until <br />the oakbrush once again takes over the disturbed land. <br />RANGE REQUIREMENTS <br />(1-1.) Seeding will be done by hand using the formula <br />specified in Section (1-g.) of this Exhibit.
