Following are BRL's responses to DMG's concerns. <br />1. - 6. No response required. <br />7. DMG -Air Emissions Permit(s) -Please provide the applicable permits when obtained. <br />BRL -The air emission permits have not been received as of this date. <br />DMG - NPDES Permit(s) -Submittal accepted Please be sure a/1 NPDES-related <br />requirements are met. It is noted 1ha[ the submitted NPDES permit expires June 30, <br />1997. <br />BRL - An application has been submitted to renew the NPDES permit. <br />DMG -Permits to Store and Use Explosives -Provide the permits if and when obtained <br />Please be aware that any blasting conducted at the site, including blasting conducted to <br />develop surface facilities must be approved and conducted in accordance with Rule 4.08. <br />BRL -The surface blasting plan is included in the permit and located on pages 2.05 - 36 <br />through 41. BRL will require the dirt conVactor or its blasting contractor to acquire any <br />additional storage and use permits required for the surface facilities development. <br />DMG -Local land Use Authority - Respaue accepted <br />
