If so consideration may need to be <br />given to reroute the county road and reclaim the portion of <br />the county road on the lower bench. <br />'~- 7. A map should be provided to show the drainage plan following <br />reclamation. <br />_p 8. There is no map in the permit which shows post mining <br />(reclamation ) contours or cross-sections. These should be <br />provided. The cross-sections should show pre-mine current and <br />post-mine topography. <br />9. The Division recommends not burying broken up concrete and <br />other trash and scrap metal on site. The Division believes <br />there is not sufficient backfill material or topsoil to <br />provide a stable backfill if this material is buried on the <br />site. All concrete trash and scrap metal if not salvageable <br />should be disposed of in a landfill. <br />The Division will assist you in preparing the above information if <br />you would like.
