Jt
May 11, 1995 Page 2
5. Will the upper diversion ditch be retained?
6. Do the land owners want the ranch road to remain and/or access
to this road to remain? If so consideration may need to be
given to reroute the county road and reclaim the portion of
the county road on the lower bench.
'~- 7. A map should be provided to show the drainage plan following
reclamation.
_p 8. There is no map in the permit which shows post mining
(reclamation ) contours or cross-sections. These should be
provided. The cross-sections should show pre-mine current and
post-mine topography.
9. The Division recommends not burying broken up concrete and
other trash and scrap metal on site. The Division believes
there is not sufficient backfill material or topsoil to
provide a stable backfill if this material is buried on the
site. All concrete trash and scrap metal if not salvageable
should be disposed of in a landfill.
The Division will assist you in preparing the above information if
you would like. The minor revision should be submitted by June 30
1995. Please call if you have any questions.
Sir~e}`,,ely
Christine E.
