Dan Matthews Page No. 3 <br />October 29, 1981 <br />This road was constructed for use by past underground mining operations, <br />and the Bear Coal Company currently only plans to upgrade the road to <br />conform with current performance standards. Each sample will be analyzed for the <br />following parameters: <br />Texture <br />Total Combustible Solids <br />Nan-Combustible Solids <br />pH <br />Total Iron <br />Manganese <br />Sulfur Forms: <br />Pyritic <br />Sulfate <br />Organic <br />Total Sulfur <br />Sodium <br />Sulfate <br />Electrical Conductivity <br />Sodium Absorption Ratio <br />Total Carbonate <br />Arsenic <br />Barium <br />Boron <br />Cadmium <br />Chromium <br />A ~ ~ tt>G. <br />
