Ripping and topsoil redistribution costs for road reclamation already exist in the estimate. Table 25-2-5, Haul Road Reclamation, contains miscellaneous road information used later on in the estimate. Worksheets PR-1, PR-2, and HR-1 in Attachment 25-4 are the ripping portions of the estimate for the permanent and reclaimed haul roads. In Table 25-2-6, Topsoil Balance, the haul road topsoil redistribution will come from Stockpile C. The cost for haul road topsoil redistribution is calculated on Page 25-6-21 and totals $63,621. Costs have also been determined for the reclaiming of light use and access roads on Pages 25-4-20 and 25-4-21, respectively. 15. Worksheet No. WA-3 in Attachment 25-3 was updated to contain the same blasting cost data which was submitted for the Seneca II Mine midterm review estimate. These updated costs were actually used in the appropriate calculations on Worksheet No. WA-4. An error was detected in the total amount of explosives used for highwall reduction. The correct number of 133 rows • was inserted into this calculation, and the explosives costs revised. 16. A cost to dredge Ponds l0 and 11 over the ten-year liability period has been included in the estimate. 17. Costs for structural demolition have been updated to reflect those in the 1995 MEANS edition. 18. A cost to remove the sludge from three diesel tanks and possible contaminated soil around the tanks has been included yin the estimate. 19. Indirect costs for Public Liability insurance and Contractor's Performance Bond have been incorporated into the bond calculations. 27
